What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking code. It does not set cookies. If you choose light or dark mode, that preference is saved only in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to deliver pages and protect the service. Vercel acts as our hosting provider for this purpose.

If you email us

If you write to hello@airworthyadvisory.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we keep it in our email system for as long as the conversation is relevant. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@airworthyadvisory.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Nevada residents

Airworthy Advisory LLC does not sell covered information as defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. If that changes, this policy will be updated and Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of sale to hello@airworthyadvisory.com.
